@johnstallings4049 Once again... What you are referring to are civil cases heard in a civil court. They are not criminal cases in a criminal court. There is no "found guilty" in civil cases. He can only be found liable, and the punishment is only financial. How do you not understand this? We live in a world with internet access, and you don't understand the two basic forms of courts we have. Holy sh*t man. You should feel embarrassed.

"a women's rights to everything"... What?

@nsbd90now No... A republic is a form of representation. A republic can be autocratic or democratic.

@johnstallings4049 Convicted? There's been no convictions, as there's yet to be any criminal trials. There are no convictions in civil trials. And there are not 91 federal felonies, there's a combined total of 91 federal and state charges. But hey, at least you clearly have no idea what you are talking about, and you're just repeating things other people say. Worry less about ratios and more about the facts.

@DissectGibberish What exactly is deluded about the fact the Attorney General, who is responsible for all Federal prosecutions, is part of the President's Cabinet? It seems like you just don't understand how the government works.

@laprankster3264 And just like China or Iran... the leader of our country is attempting to imprison his political opponent before the next election. It's wild stuff.
1
@Chazzmatazz Actually, we are witnessing the beginning of autocratic rule, given that the Biden administration is attempting to imprison their political opponent before the election. But sadly, you don't actually care about preserving democracy.

@antoniocartas Constitutionally speaking, the only power the people have when they vote is the House of Representatives. The constitution does not grant the people the ability to vote for any other office. Your ability to vote for the presidency or senate, stems from your state, as detailed in the constitution. I'm guessing you've never actually read it.

@Alic4444 What are you talking about? In the Federalist Paper 52, by Madison and Hamilton, they explain why they support the voting structure for the House of Representatives, the only elected offices that the constitution grants the people the right to vote for. You clearly have no idea what Federalism was.

@thepolarphantasm2319 Trump is a moron, just like you. You don't have to take any lesson from me. We live in an era with the internet, yet you won't even take the time to educate yourself on the basics. It's incredibly sad.

Our current president is attempting to imprison his political opponent and you support it. Don't pretend to care about the democratic process.

@skumchiken01 Trump is an absolutely moron, just like you.

Nice! There's nothing that says Merry Christmas like pushing your ideology onto others with a book from your favorite biased political commentator.
1
Yeah, it's very odd that David's audience pretends to care about democracy while supporting the President attempting to imprison his political opponent before the election.

There's been fraud in every election in the history of mankind. To say "there has absolutely been no fraud" is a blatant lie.
