I wonder why David didn’t point out that Obama specifically said he can not change cannabis laws on his own. He would need congressional support. Now they are campaigning on this action? Which is it Dems? Can a presidential administration change these laws or not? Either Obama was lying or Harris is delivering empty promises.

I agree. Unfortunately the Harris administration does not. You’re calling for legalization and regulation. Very different from decriminalization. But for the sake of your argument. We can pretend!!

Oh cool! Maybe they could just decriminalize it instead. Clearly the Harris administration doesn’t want legalization. Correction... Canada legalized it. Not decriminalized it. There is a big difference.

Bad time to point out that legal cannabis state, California, is on fire?...

Wow! In my state it’s only decriminalized. So a half pound would result in me getting a ticket, similar to a non moving violation in a vehicle. But it sounds like you really enjoy legalization in your state. But for the sake of the Harris administrations point, we can pretend they are the same thing.

Too bad cannabis companies in the US are not publicly traded due to federal prohibition. Good thing Joe only wants to decriminalize it. Super progressive of him... if it was still 2008.

Hmmm. So if the left is pro cannabis by default. And communism is far left on the political spectrum. I guess China and North Korea must have amazing cannabis rights... oh no the don’t. My bad.

Let’s see the facts on that claim. My pro gun state with cannabis prohibition, is nothing even close to that. But we can pretend your argument is valid, if that makes you feel better.

Big Mike... I still don’t see any sources for your claims. So “trace amounts” in Texas can result in two years in jail? According to NORML (texasnorml dot org). Up to two ounces of flower in Texas is punishable up to 180 days in jail. Two ounces is way more than “trace amounts” and 180 days is far shorter than 2 years. But yes, keep pushing this bunk narrative. It’s fun watching you try.
