@mitchellroberts9984 I’ve never met a progressive that doesn’t feel the need to virtue signal. But I’m sure the school would love her reading a book with tribal political references. Fact is, you wouldn’t say any of this if it was a political commentator you disagreed with. This whole political commentator writing a children’s book is just weird. And you’re making it weirder.

@cammybaby01 Tickling your confirmation bias isn’t critical thinking. And that’s all this book is intended to do.
2
@Doc5thMech A well thought out children’s book wouldn’t include tribal political references... This book is for people like you, who love the way David tickles their confirmation bias. Hopefully the librarian read it, and did their job by putting it in the trash.
2
You can tell by the amount of copies sold so far. David’s base audience wanted to pay him for tickling their confirmation bias.
1
Well, we know who her mother votes for! Tribalism at its finest. Good job!
1
Yeah! Then the entire school will know her political ideals, due to the tribal political references in the book. What a great way for her to virtue signal her belonging to the tribe.
1
@cammybaby01 Why do you need to pretend like the book doesn’t contain tribal political references to tickle your confirmation bias? The real irony is none of David’s audience is willing to think critically about why his subscribers are purchasing the book.
1
@mitchellroberts9984 Sure, some progressives are good people, some are not, but all want to virtue signal for the sake of tribalism. Now tell me, would you say it’s a safe assumption that Ben Shapiro’s audience agrees with him...?
1
@cammybaby01 I actually don’t need to give any examples from within the book. I can simply point to the recent community post by David, which included a picture of a review of the book. This review even details the political references. Please just stop feigning ignorance. It’s quite pathetic.
1
@cammybaby01 Well, since you stopped reading my comment after the first sentence... here is the rest of it again. I can simply point to the recent community post by David, which included a picture of a review of the book. This review even details the political references. Please just stop feigning ignorance. It’s quite pathetic.
1
@cammybaby01 The community post I’m referencing is four days old... It states at the end of the review, “As for the political references/jokes...” Why are you feigning ignorance? Why are you pretending this community post doesn’t exist? It’s absolutely wild.
1
@cammybaby01 Notice how I simply claimed the book contains political references, and at no point did I claim the book was “explicitly political”...? Why are you pretending that I made such claims?
1
@cammybaby01 I said there are political references in the book. The book review I referenced acknowledged the existence of political references in the book. Why are you pretending it doesn’t?
1
@cammybaby01 David has said he is a biased political commentator. Why are you pretending he has not?
1
@cammybaby01 This is true, a judge can put aside their bias when performing their job. However, David’s job is to be biased and give political commentary. Given his job is to be a biased political commentator, the political references he makes will be biased. The medium in which these political references are made, be it a video, tweet, comment, or children’s book, does not matter. Why are you feigning ignorance?
1
@cammybaby01 His work as an author is content. Just like his videos are content. An artist is still an artist, regardless if they paint or sculpt. The medium does not matter. Why are you feigning ignorance to this?
1
@cammybaby01 You have done nothing but feign ignorance, each step of the way. I referenced the community post, you pretended you couldn’t find it. I say the post detailed political references, you pretend I said the book was explicitly political. Now I point out David’s political bias, and you pretend like it doesn’t exist simply by changing mediums. Why have you feigned ignorance each step of the way? We both know you’re not actually this ignorant to what’s occurring, yet you’ve pretended to be with each step. Why have you done this? It’s very strange.
1
@cammybaby01 “I would point out that if it isn’t explicitly political, then it is not really political at all”... Tell me, what do you think “explicitly” means...?
1
@cammybaby01 Why are you pretending it’s impossible for a book to be implicitly political? Why are you feigning ignorance again?
1
@cammybaby01 Would you expect a political bias in a book written by Ben Shapiro? Or perhaps Rush Limbaugh or Tucker Carlson? Everyone would expect a political bias, be it explicit or implicit, because that is what their brand is. They are biased political commentators, just like David. Why do you continue to feign ignorance to this?
1
@cammybaby01 No... it’s not likely that the content a biased political commentator puts out with be biased, it’s definite... because they are are a biased political commentator. Why are you continuing feigning ignorance to this? Why do you feel the necessity to pretend like a biased political commentator isn’t going to be biased?
1
@cammybaby01 Why are you pretending it’s dishonest to say the biased political commentator is biased...? It’s very strange.
1
@cammybaby01 Why are you pretending it’s an assumption that a biased political commentator is biased...? You continue to make these strange arguments.
1
@cammybaby01 A commentator is capable of putting their bias aside, however a self admitted “biased political commentator” is biased by default when making political references. Why are you continuing to feign ignorance to this?
1
Should Tucker Carlson and other political commentators teach this class? Or is it weird to have your favorite political commentator teach that?
1
I like how you pretend this was something you were shopping for, and not you simply giving David money because you enjoy how he tickles your confirmation bias.
1
What work is banned and can no longer be purchased...? Besides the Dr. Seuss books, that the left complained about.
1
@MultiBlackmind With each comment, you prove yourself to be as big of a moron as Trump.

I watched one of their videos where a black man interviews a girl. The girl explains how she hates white men. The black man points out how that’s racism. As she tries to explain how it’s not, her brain melts. It was hilarious.
