If you’re looking for a weighted representation passed on population, maybe go look at the House of Representatives. And together, the Senate and House collectively make Congress. Your “issue” with the Senate is the exact reason the founding fathers incorporated it into government. Also, what is a “bare majority”? I’m familiar with a “simple majority” also called a plurality, or an “absolute majority”... But tell me more about this cute made up term of “bare majority”...
