  4. And the coast guard should be limited to operating in international waters. The National Guard should only be deployed overseas. The FBI should only investigate state issues.

  5. My house kept getting broken into. The security system I had, kept going off. So to fix the issue. I just got rid of my security system, now no one breaks into my house.
