No, what’s more ridiculous is you think it’s ok to legislate from the bench.
2
Nah. Let’s support the party that has done nothing to codify these issues, just unconstitutional legislation from the bench. You’re right, we should throw out the ballots of ignorant people. And it sounds like they can start with yours.

Thanks for explaining your delusion of reality.

No, it means exactly what it says. “Some of them”... Although, I find it fascinating that you’ll listen to the experiences of gay people when it fits your preferred narrative, then dismiss their experiences as “rhetoric of an abuse victim” when it doesn’t align with your preferred narrative.
1
No, Democrat POC doesn’t make sense. As that’s the party that fought to enslave them.
1
So now it’s homophobic that the constitution doesn’t allow the Supreme Court to legislate?
1
I’ve never understood black democrats. It’s literally the party that fought to keep slavery.
1
@tripledigit4835 Well, the ideals of the party have continued to modern times, so yes it’s the same party. The same party opposed the Civil Rights Act a century after the civil war. The same politician that spoke for 13 hours in opposition of that act, served as a democrat until his death in 2010, Robert Byrd. So do you just not know your history? Or do you willfully choose to ignore it?
1
@jangomech Oh wow. The old white racist and KKK member said what you wanted to hear so he could stay in office. And you believe him. How adorable. Further more upon Byrd’s death, Biden eulogized his long time colleague and friend in the senate. Mind you, Biden is the same politician that authored the crime bill of the 90s, that BLM often cites as modern racism. He’s the same politician that said “poor kids are just as bright as white kids”. He’s the same politician that said Obama was “the first articulate black man” to run for president. He’s the same politician that said if you don’t vote for him “you’re not black”. He’s the same politician that said the n-word on the senate floor. But you don’t care about this. You choose to ignore it. You voted for him once, and you’ll vote for him again.

@Thezuule1 I know this may be hard to accept, but the pro slavery, pro Jim Crow, anti civil rights south were democrats.
1
@tripledigit4835 You elected for president, the politician that wrote the racist crime bill of the 90s. So yes, pretty much the same ole party.
1
@tripledigit4835 Bad time to point out that Thurmond left the Democrat party to work on the presidential campaign of Barry Goldman, who was a libertarian Republican from Arizona that supported racial equality?
1
@tripledigit4835 Cool story. Whatever you choose to label his brand of politics, he still supported racial equality. So the one example of a democrat becoming Republican, is one that went to work for a politician that supported racial equality, rather than continue on as a racist democrat. You’re helping prove my point... thanks.

Trump was the first president to openly support gay marriage prior to holding office.
1
Except now, anything outside of a full blown celebration and blatant patronizing is viewed as “intolerant”
1
Punching down on poc?... You mean like how democrats fought to enslave them?
1
No, your party is the one that’s concerned about checking boxes. Identity politics has been rampant on the left for years.
1
@williethomas5116 identity politics - a tendency for people of a particular religion, race, social background, etc., to form exclusive political alliances, moving away from traditional broad-based party politics. -Oxford Languages This is why democrats give different answers. These are different groups that want different things that have formed alliances. And you have more of a voice, with the more groups you belong to.

Don’t hate Dave Rubin because he’s gay.
1
Weird. He seems pretty accepted. But hey, at least your imagination works.
1
This comment beautifully sums up the ideals of the left... “self interest”
1
Wouldn’t being gay in general be Darwin’s theory at work?
1
Bad time to mention democrats fought a war to enslave black people?
1
You do know there are more important things in the world than you and your sexuality, right?
