Speaking of the bill of rights... what does number 10 say? And how might that amendment apply to the current topic of Roe v. Wade? Come one buddy, you can rub both of your brain cells together to figure this out. I believe in you!

If abortion isn’t address in the constitution (which it is not), and there is no federal law legalizing abortions (which there is not), the tenth amendment comes into play. Therefore, abortion is constitutionally a state by state issue. That’s the only logic applied here... and given this logic, there is no logical progression towards outlawing contraception. Especially given that abortion is not even federally outlawed.

So a judge is an activist for simply following what’s written in the constitution? Fact is, in all the years of a Democrat majority in DC, you all have still failed to pass a law legalizing abortions nation wide. If you had done this, the court’s decision here would not matter.
1
Hahahahaha. You think “on record” is the same thing as “under oath”... Damn you progressives are dumb.
1
Hey dumb dumb. If Roe is overturned, it will simply mean it is not specifically prohibited or explicitly allowed by the federal government. How is this neutral position telling anyone how to life their life? It’s now the responsibility of your state. I suggest you focus on politics outside of the federal government, if you really care about this issue.

@bigmike6461 Neat BS story... now explain why birth control is available in all 50 states, without ruining your argument.

@morgancody6752 Tell me, lets say interracial marriage was a state by state issue. And all 50 states allow interracial marriage. Why do you need a federal law? The fact is, the progressive left can’t fathom states having jurisdiction of their state. In the mind of a leftist, everything should be federal. Which is absurd.
1
@launchtexasintothesunforev9551 Oh I see, you’re confused. It was the Democratic Party that claimed states rights to justify abortion. Which is typical of the left to justify their actions with the constitution, only when it fits their narrative.
1
@stoverboo Hey dumb dumb. SCOTUS isn’t making abortion illegal. They are not prohibiting it or explicitly allowing it. It’ simply will not be a federal issue, and will be state by state. Try educating yourself on this topic. It will help you appear more intelligent than you really are. Also, please stop spreading misinformation about scotus making it illegal.
1
@launchtexasintothesunforev9551 What’s really sad is you don’t even realize there is not an abortion law to even repeal. There has never been one that’s existed. Roe v. wade is not a law... FFS, educate yourself before attempting to push your false narratives on other people.
1
@morgancody6752 Ahh. Ok. So you think the 9th amendment gives you the right to end someone else’s life at your choice, since that’s not explicitly written in the constitution... FFS, see how silly your argument is?
1
@bigmike6461 We get it, you wish the constitution didn’t exist so you can have the authoritarian federal government of your dreams.
1
@morgancody6752 I’m guessing you don’t even realize the irony of claiming right to privacy regarding medical issues, while simultaneously wanting the government to review peoples private medical information for abortion approval. You should feel very dumb for suggesting these two opposing ideas.
1
@bigmike6461 Want the same what? Do you even think about what you’re typing? Or do you just spew out whatever, regardless of if it makes any sense at all.
1
@bigmike6461 Oh ok. So you do just spew out whatever comes to mind, regardless if it makes any sense. Here I am supporting the federal government recusing itself from the abortion issue, by not make any law for or against abortion and leaving it up to each state. And some how you think it’s authoritarian of me to support there being no federal law for or against abortion. I guess according to you, no law at all means it’s authoritarian. Congratulations, you’ve done an excellent job at demonstrating your ignorance!
