  5.  @JustinKase1969  Their child was 28 years old... Do you think anyone should be able to go to the police and say someone shouldn’t own a gun? Just a disgruntled neighbor is all it should take to revoke a constitutional right? Safe storage laws, would keep the gun safe until the shooter needs it. Capacity limits are negated by multiple weapons. The most infamous school massacre occurred during the previous ban, which also included capacity limits. The regulations you want have been tried and they failed. They only make it difficult for law abiding citizens. You may be surprised to know, people willing to commit murder don’t care about the law. Maybe instead of incorrectly focusing on the “well regulated” part of 2A and take it out of context to make your narrative work. You should focus on the “shall not be infringed” part.
