We all know they’ll extend it again in October. And yes, they will likely use winter as an excuse to continue kicking the can down the road.

@jabbermocky4520 At least we could extend the moratorium. Now all the small time landlords with one or two properties will struggle even more to pay their mortgage or taxes on the property. Leading to foreclosures by these small time landlords. Thankfully, Black Rock will be ready to buy the properties once the moratorium comes to an end.

@jabbermocky4520 I blame renters who have utilized a good/service without compensation for the past year, forcing small time landlords into financial struggle. The rental units already owned by billionaires will be fine. These are middle class landlords hurting the most. So a situation is being created where we take from the middle class and give to the impoverished class, while the wealthy are perfectly fine. And you wonder why there is a growing wealth gap in this country... FFS.

@jabbermocky4520 There was this thing called a stimulus check. If you didn’t get it. That’s on you. Government assistance was offered to you. At least you learned that sometimes rent increases when your lease ends and, you have to move to a new location. But it’s ok, ignore the situation being created. Black Rock thanks you.
