@herbsewell4995 ... Aww you fell for that BS rhetoric? Under 21 U.S.C. Section 811(a), the Attorney General can remove any substance from the controlled substance act. The Attorney General acts under the authority of the President. Biden can legally decriminalize it today, without congress, if he wanted to. But he doesn’t.

@herbsewell4995 ... How would it be unconstitutional for the AG to “deschedule” a controlled substance from the Federal Controlled Substance Act? When Section 811(a) directly states the AG can. What article of the constitution is this in violation of? What rights do states have in dictating what the federal government does with the controlled substance act? You’re argument is BS. You’ve been lied to by Biden. Accept it and move on.

@herbsewell4995 ... You’re quoting the controlled substance act. Which gives the AG the authority. The authority to which you claim is unconstitutional. Please tell me what article of the constitution it would be in violation of.

@chino3796 ... Is alcohol illegal at the federal level? Are there still dry counties? Same thing. States do not get to dictate the federal law. However, they can create their own local laws. This would be the case no matter the pathway to federal decriminalization. But that’s a lovely red herring you have.

@herbsewell4995 ... How is it a violation of Article I of the constitution? The legislative branch passed the Controlled Substance Act into law. Including section 811 that gives the AG the power to remove substances. The AG received this power from the legislative branch in accordance to the Article I of the constitution. Nothing I said is made up. It’s directly in the letter of the law, that the AG can removes substances. You even quoted it. And we are talking about federal decriminalization. Just like alcohol was federally decriminalized at the end of prohibition. Yet, dry counties still exist. This video was about federal decriminalization. Whatever you’re arguing for will also have the same local and state discrepancies. You’re just not accepting the fact Biden is lying to you, to get your vote. He can do this on his own. Your tribalism is preventing you from accepting this fact.

Yeah. Then you can go back to using, without worrying about losing your kids for doing something illegal. That should go great!

@mattspyro ...Correction. A felonious drug charge inhibits one from getting a well paying job. Don’t pretend like it was just a joint. Which is also prosecuted at the state level. A federal decriminalization won’t necessarily affect your local area. As they will continue to be able to dictate their local laws. Just like how dry counties still exist.

@mattspyro ...A misdemeanor without conviction is not a misdemeanor... being charged is entirely different from being convicted. One means your guilty and, one means you’re innocent. But keep pushing your narrative. Maybe one day society won’t look down on you for committing a felony.

@anothername2730 ... I know. I’m such an awful person for acknowledging the fact drugs are addicting and most addicts relapse at some point. Let me know when you want to stop playing pretend time and join reality.
