@jaybleu6169 We’re not talking about migration... we are talking about illegal immigration. This is specific type of migration where someone enters a country without going through the legal process. This notion of allowing people who illegally entered the country, to be given amnesty and even a helping hand at the expense of the tax payer is absolutely absurd. This does not occur in any other country. Further more, I highly suggest you look into the history of immigration in this country. Ellis island was known by immigrants as the “island of tears”... this is were impoverished people seeking a new life were vetted before approval to enter the country. Families would be separated. People would be denied entry. Lastly, it’s not our country’s responsibility to improve other nations at our own expense. We have enough domestic issues that require attention. Including a population of individuals who entered the country illegally.

@jaybleu6169 So did Russia simply cross an imaginary line into Ukraine? Or did they cross an international border that establishes a nation’s sovereignty, thus violating said sovereignty? And once again, you’re focusing on “migrants”... not illegal immigrants. People legally immigrating here isn’t an issue. Now please, find one example in the world of a country who gave people amnesty when they were found to have entered the country illegally. You’re right, many countries take in migrants under all sorts of conditions... but they go through the legal process of immigrating.
