@nathalie_desrosiers Yup. It is effective and everyone should consult with their doctor about getting it, if they haven’t. It’s just that people don’t enjoy being called out for partisan finger pointing.

You do understand if you’re vaccinated, you can still asymptomatically transmit the virus without ever being aware, right? Why do you think the CDC is recommending masks for vaccinated people?

@georgecurtis6463 You do understand we live in a world where it’s you’re responsible for your safety. You sitting at home is going to change nothing, other than you’re less likely to get a serious break through infection. This is the equivalent of saying you refuse to drive in your car because other people don’t wear their seat belt.

@georgecurtis6463 That’s cute and all. Except there is a vaccine now. It will keep people from dying if they want to get it. Once again, protecting themselves is their choice. Sit at home if that’s what you think is best for you. Other people will do what’s best for them. Don’t be upset because people aren’t as miserable as you are.

@georgecurtis6463 At least you’ve failed to understand how RNA viruses work. The Spanish Flu, 100 years ago, was caused by H1N1. This strain still exists. Yet, we don’t say that pandemic is still on going. Do we? But feel free to compare it to the eradication of DNA viruses such as polio and smallpox, to fit your narrative.

“They’re the reason we’re still in this mess” This notion that unvaccinated people are contributing to infection and transmission more than vaccinated people is BS. It’s a purely partisan narrative used to point fingers. Being vaccinated does not prevent you from contracting the virus, replicating it and spreading it asymptomatically. The New England Journal of Medicine published the efficacy data of the Moderna vaccine. It reads as follows, “94.1% efficacy of the mRNA-1273 vaccine for the prevention of symptomatic SARS-CoV-2 infection as compared with placebo.” This is the efficacy data widely quoted. And if you notice, it prevents “symptomatic” infection. The purpose of the vaccine is to prevent people from getting sick and dying, which it does really well. However, the result is vaccinated people are more likely to have asymptomatic infections. The vaccines job is to create asymptomatic people, that would other wise get sick and possibly die. It does not prevent asymptomatic infection and transmission. Vaccinated people can still be infected and transmit the virus, without ever being sick. This is why the CDC is recommending mask again, even for vaccinated people.

And if you’re not arguing he is anti-vax, I’m not sure the purpose of providing that quote. I guess you’re wanting to prove that Trump thinks people don’t trust the government. Wow, what a shocking revelation. In regards to your statement about being vaccinated on camera, I have two questions for you. First, did you get vaccinated because Biden did on TV? Second, if Trump had been vaccinated on TV, would you say he’s a good guy? If you’re answer is “no” to both of these, this is a BS argument for the sake of saying orange man bad.

As do many others for this video and channel. You may not be the one writing it but, you’re certainly complicit. Why is that misinformation justified? You’re very worried for no reason at all. Just projection of your own ideologies. According to the CDC out of 28,000 0-14 year olds that died for all reasons, only 134 were due to covid.
