“We all can’t even agree about the safety and livelihood of a child.” So why is the left ignoring the fact abortion after six weeks is still legal in Ohio due to medical necessity at the discretion of a doctor? What’s gross, is you have to lie and give partial truths to justify your position.

If it’s not political theater, why is the left ignoring facts about Ohio’s abortion laws? Abortion after six weeks is still legal due to medical necessity at the discretion of a doctor in Ohio.

@GothCatMom2 Why are you deliberately ignoring the medical necessity exemption? Is it just because it doesn’t fit your narrative and you know the child’s life was at risk?
1
@GothCatMom2 That’s Ok. Whatever you need to do to cope with reality.

Is that why the left is refusing to accept that abortion after six weeks due to medical necessity, at the discretion of a doctor, is still legal in Ohio?

Well, when every parroted story about this excludes the fact abortion after six weeks due to medical necessity at the discretion of a doctor is still legal in Ohio. It’s pretty obvious the left is turning it into political theater for the sake of a tribal narrative.

Aww. Did you already forget Biden halted construction on the wall? Were you too focused on Trump? I know you love thinking about Trump all day long, which is why he’s the subject of your comment now. But just try focusing on the current administration. It’s pretty bad.

@jimkeogh8552 Yes dumb dumb. Walls typically work where there are built. They don’t work as well, when it’s just a pile of building materials. And they really don’t work when you stop building them. Which you know all of this, since you live in a home and not a gazebo. You’re just being deliberately obtuse.

Oh cool. So then you know abortion after six weeks is still legal in Ohio in cases of medical necessity at the discretion of a doctor.

@patriciaoconnor1742 No... you should check again. And maybe be mindful of what news source you’re using. Haley Bemiller wrote for the Cincinnati Inquire, published on Jun 29, 2022... Abortions beyond this threshold (6 weeks) are legal if the provider determines it's a medical emergency and necessary to prevent the pregnant person's death or "serious risk of the substantial and irreversible impairment of a major bodily function." There are no exceptions for cases of rape and incest or fatal fetal anomalies. What constitutes a medical emergency is not clear and left to "the physician's reasonable medical judgment."
