I had a buul buul for nearly 20 years… it showed me her eggs, sorted my beard , shared food, begged, fell asleep on my shoulder, came when i called for it. I will miss her forever.

@frostiefrost04 my mom got her one a local market. The seller told her that it was a very social kind of bird. We just let the cage open. It was smart, it knew it was a bad idea to fly against windows. It just had the living room as place to be with us. When she wanted to build a nest, she started to pull hairs from girls with long hair. And she did fly over the aquarium lower and lower to get wet. The fish already knew what was gonna happen. :) We had a kind of language. I could make her do things i can't explain. Like make her open up her wings, keeping them up and make a lot of noise, just by doing the same. I could also kinda call her name in a distorted voice, and then she started to make noise too like she was angry. But if i went to her, she always changed to being happy i was close. She love it that i would genlty hold her against me and blow warm air into her head feathers. Then she just closed her eyes and kinda fell asleep.
