  7. The woods are full of scumbags like this. I'm in California and it's open knowledge. Scumbags aren't exactly working normal jobs, no, they rob, steal, kill, make/sell drugs to make their living. Plus they generally have drug habits that are expensive. This is very typical scumbag behavior - hell there was even a situation like this in the movie "The Book Of Eli" this is really really common.
