14:56 Speaking as an alcoholic, it's hard to find 3.6% beer in the US outside of Utah. The lower-alcohol beers will be 4.5% - 5.5%. The beers like Budweiser or Miller or Coors will be around 6.5% and the India pale ales that are so much in fashion now are 7% - 9%. Wines are around 15%, Korean wine/drink called soju is around 18-22%, and I believe some of the alcoholic drinks marketed to kids like 4loko were a higher percentage but these days they're about 5% - so the kid can drink more lol. The point of this is, they can all sneak up on you and it's not just the alcohol but God knows what's in 'em because in the US alcoholic drinks don't have to have ingredient labeling except that wines have to be labeled if they "may" contain sulfites. So there's sugars and all kinds of weird sweeteners in there too like a lot of the Korean drinks will have sugar AND aspartame.

Good for you! You should not lose more than 2lb (a kilo) a week as faster rates of weight loss are kind of unhealthy and also, you're in it for the long term.

I'm on what I call a keto diet (but I don't tell anyone because the first rule of keto club is to not talk about keto club) but I think I'm doing it quite differently than most because I'm not eating "keto" versions of foods that are highly, highly processed. I'm also not eating 12-oz steaks, as I'm quite happy with 4 oz. as a serving of meat or fish. I'm also eating lots of vegetables which the average keto dieter is not, as for a lot of people keto is an excuse to not have to eat "yucky" veggies. I eat a lot of fish too and by fish I mean sardines, mackerel, just had some saury AKA mackerel pike today. The way most people interpret keto, cured meats like bacon and salami are OK but I don't eat 'em.

Obesity is normalized in the US. If you're not at least in the "overweight" category, people will constantly push food on you and say you're unhealthy.
