  1. I have too, in the past. But the GOP is dead to me now. I'll vote for moderate Democrats. Moderate Democrats gave us the modern middle-class. Moderate Democrats won WWII. Moderate Democrats gave us the space program. The far-left and the far-right can piss right off.

  2. It is no longer a political party, it's a personality cult. Just like the NSDAP was a party, which did usual party things, like get together and drink beer and gripe, send petitions, usual political stuff. Then Hitler took it over and everyone in is, along with gov't workers etc had to swear loyalty to Hitler, personally. Same goes for donOLD's cult. Project 2025 training videos have been put up by Pro Publica on YouTube here. They are sickening and fascinating. You can see exactly what kind of regime we'll be under if donOLD wins. Gov't workers will have to "love" the president or else!

  3. No Republican, not ever. The rest of them may be a bit smarter, and a fair amount less crazy, but they're still all for privatizing everything, turning the working and middle classed into indebted serfs, making people "more" or "less" depending on skin color, etc. Yes, even Liz Cheney stands for these things. Just because they don't like Trump, probably because he's too loud, doesn't mean they're not all on-board about basic ideas.

  4. Err, no. The space force is now a part of the government like the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, and, surprisingly, NOAA. And the Coast Guard. They are not a personal Schutzstaffel loyal to Trump. The Republican Party is no longer a legit political party but is a cult.
