  1. Jews escaping Germany during WWII were also breaking the law. Sitting at a "white" lunch counter while black was also breaking the law. There are a lot of things that are breaking the law on the books but are not immoral. And maybe if the US didn't have a huge blockade on Cuba, they'd not want to come here, Castro would be long gone, and people would want to go to Cuba instead
