  1. The economy turns bad, Lo and behold the leaders tell them this or that foreign group is causing it to be bad. Well, there are not a lot of foreigners in China but apparently some foreign cars. This reminds me of how Japanese cars were vandalized in the US in the 1980s when Japanese import cars took a lot of the market from American cars (mainly because American cars were gas-guzzling clunkers).
