  1. Hey I got chickenpox as a 30-something in Colorado. Who the fuck catches chickenpox? I felt like shit, tried to have a Blizzard at Dairy Queen, couldn't drink it and can't even think about the things to this day, next day had little blisters all over me, Hm, let's see where this goes .... next day felt even crappier and little blisters, so I go to "sports medicine' which is what we called the on-site doctor's at the olympic training center, and all the doctors came around to see me because wow, adult chickenpox. Man it was not fun! I still have scars.

They finally set up testing in my town and I stood in line for 45 minutes, nurse did deedly-deedly-deet in my nostrils with a swab, and I'm supposed to get a phone call if I'm poz, and an email if I'm clear. Right now got sniffles, cough, and feel like crap. Of course the web site for the testing is impossible so it's a phone call or an email in a few days. Fortunately I'm set up to bunker up for a while.
