  2. He's mixing up chicory and chocolate. Although, I wonder if the cafe puts a pinch of chocolate in? Considering most people don't drink chicory coffee they'd never know, and chocolate's a nice flavor too.

  3. Actually it was owned by the Spanish for a while too, and a lot of French buildings got burned in a big fire, so a lot of the older stuff is actually Spanish esp. the iron railings which are/were a Spanish technology and are just about rustproof
