  1. Those peppers look very interesting, like shishito peppers but a lot larger than the ones I see in the US. And mixing miso into meatballs, that's an interesting idea.

  2. I wish we had yatai at least in Hawaii since while I am on the US mainland now, I am retiring back home to Hawaii in a couple more years. I remember when I was a young student, I think someone did set up a yatai, in mo'ili'ili and I was so poor I could not afford to buy any of the chicken skewers. I still feel guilty!
