There is something very deep going on here. Capitalism does not like the fact that the Chinese have a well-developed group of cuisines that require dedication to get good at preparing. Capitalism does not like people eating socially, perhaps taking an hour or more to eat, while they socialize also. Capitalism wants people to eat quickly, alone, and with as little human contact as possible both in the preparation and the eating of food. Under capitalism "food is just fuel", as the American/European saying goes.

@davidkopp2467 Um, I don't know how much you leave the house or read things on the internet but white people go around saying Asian food is disgusting all the time.
