  133. It's not about Ukraine (with its ruined economy it's not an asset, but a liability). It's about Russia long-term security. Putin said that he didn’t need negotiations, he needed results. No more NATO expansion, no more NATO militarization of Eastern Europe, no more NATO attack systems in Eastern Europe, no more broken promises (not one inch eastwards etc.) He has a point, but US establishment doesn't understand language of reason and never keeps promises. The only thing that can bring US establishment to its senses is nuclear-tipped hypersonic missiles that can incinerate Washington DC in 5 minutes. US establishment (as a retired serviceman, I was part of it) is so corrupted by decades of crazy dollar printing, that it lost connection with reality (as if Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Libya, Yugoslavia debacles weren’t enough). Along with absolutely crazy domestic policies (the best example is that nobody really cares about curbing soaring inflation and ousting all Keynesian lunatics with their negative real interest rates from the Fed) this is driving America into the ground. American democracy with its checks and balances proved to be pretty brittle and was destroyed by bad money. Our country has plenty of banana republics on its periphery. Russians can easily organize a coup in any of these banana republics as Obama administration did in Ukraine. Then they will simply park their hypersonic Tzirkons in one of these. It will cost Russians far less than Ukraine costs to us. People who live in glass houses should not throw stones .

  134. Meanwhile in real life Zelenskyy as usual left several hundreds of his wounded and frostbitten troops in encirclement in Soledar. He apparently learned nothing from Mariupol and other disasters . Inadequate erratic Zelenskyy continues to pursue his nutty tactic of constantly throwing poorly trained (most don't have any training whatsoever; lucky ones have 5-week training at best. So poor fellows are just half-baked cannon fodder) Ukrainian reserves into a meat grinder and holding on to disadvantageous positions until it's too late. Even Zelenskyy's ambassador in London had to admit: "We’re losing people left and right" and called Ukrainian losses simply "incomprehensible". Erratic Zelenskyy is the gift that keeps giving for the Russians. Ukraine already lost most trained and motivated soldiers along with almost all hardware it had before the war (to understand the scale of losses it had 1 990 tanks, 1 212 IFVs, 1 112 heavy artillery systems, 354 multiple rocket launchers). Its army is a shadow of its former self at the beginning of the war. Mass summary executions for attempted surrender or unauthorized retreat just cause further demoralization and despair. Bakhmut is just the last instance of this insane tactic. Russians have 1:6 advantage in artillery according to WaPo of all places. WSJ is quoting Ukrainian commander in Bakhmut as saying: “So far body count "exchange rate” is strongly in favor of the Russians . If we carry on like this, we will rapidly burn through all our conscription resources.”

  258. The third assault brigade (Azov) refused to fulfill suicidal Syrsky orders (Bakhmut Zelenskyy/Syrsky lunacy all over again) and started running away from Avdiivka. Other units followed suit. They ran under Russian artillery fire and through mine fields with disastrous consequences. Around 500 wounded were left behind in Avdiivka. In any other army generals are court marshaled for such command. Syrsky wanted to turn Avdiivka in Bakhmut 2.0. Zelenskyy and his minions are simply incapable of learning from past blunders. Even NYT noticed in desperation: "Some American officials say the fight in Bakhmut has become something of an obsession for Mr. Zelensky and his military leaders." Bakhmut was a slaughter which was entirely Zelenskyy folly as Stalingrad was entirely Hitler's folly. Zelenskyy just for media hype wasted on average 500 troops daily (total tally was at least 51 000 KIA) in Bakhmut meat grinder even when all escape routes came under Russian fire control and this debacle turned into a sheer slaughter of Ukrainian troops. But obsessed with Bakhmut Zelenskyy didn't stop even at that. Since May 20 when Russians took Bakhmut General Syrsky (Zelenskyy minion) launched wave after wave of suicidal counterattacks failing to retake a single village near Bakhmut (parts of villages Andriivka and Kleshiivka are still controlled by Russians and it's driving Zelenskyy nuts) while wasting thousands upon thousands of hapless Ukrainian conscripts . This ongoing obsessive lunacy that makes zero military sense is simply astounding. Avdiivka is another Zelenskyy obsession. Russians established fire control over all escape routes from Avdiivka . Russians even mined escape routes. At this point it turned into a slaughter of Ukrainian troops which are sent to Avdiivka in huge numbers (yeah, Zelenskyy and his minions are that dumb even after Bakhmut debacle) . Dnipro crossings are another example of Zelenskyy lunatic behavior. Just for media hype Ukrainian command got Ukrainian troops into a small fire sack on Russian bank. It keeps sending troops into this meat grinder without even bothering with the evacuation of the wounded. It's nuts. Zelenskyy is the gift that keeps on giving for Russians.

  272. With a catastrophic situation on the front there is an infighting between different factions of the regime . Well, it's a quote from The Time article. Zelenskyy top advisers say about him: “He deludes himself,” one of his closest aides tells me in frustration. “We’re out of options. We’re not winning. But try telling him that. It is immovable, verging on the messianic.” One Austrian artist was in a similar state in 1945. Zelenskyy "achievements" to date: 500,000 Ukrainians are dead, 3x that mangled and crippled for life, half of Ukraine's population is living as refugees scattered all over Europe and Russia right now, they're drafting women because they've run out of men to kidnap off the streets. According to Ukrainian soldier interviewed by BBC who was one of the few who managed to survive Dnipro crossing slaughter: “The entire river crossing is under constant fire . No-one knows the goals. Many believe that the command simply abandoned us. The guys believe that our presence had more political than military significance. It's a total nightmare. A year ago, I wouldn't have said that, but now, sorry, I'm fed up. Everyone who wanted to volunteer for war came a long time ago - it's too hard now to tempt people with money. Now we're getting those who didn't manage to escape the draft. You'll laugh at this, but some of our marines can't even swim. There are guys who had spent just three weeks in training, and only managed to shoot a few times. I feel like I escaped from hell, but the guys who replaced us last time got into even more hell than us.”

  314. Ukraine isn't a democracy. Far from it. In democracies there is more than one TV Channel, main political parties and main Christian denominations aren't banned, no mass extrajudicial killings, disappearances and torture, men from 18 to 60 aren't banned from leaving the country, people aren't rounded up in the streets and dragged to their death. Democracies hold elections after all. Well, it's a quote from The Time article. Zelenskyy top advisers say about him: “He deludes himself, ” one of his closest aides tells me in frustration. “We’re out of options. We’re not winning. But try telling him that. It is immovable, verging on the messianic.” According to the Economist Zelenskyy is literally screaming at his generals at this point. One Austrian artist was in a similar state in 1945 . Zelenskyy "achievements" to date: 1,070,000 Ukrainians are dead, 3x that mangled and crippled for life, half of Ukraine's population is living as refugees scattered all over Europe and Russia right now, they're drafting women because they've run out of men to kidnap off the streets. NYT wrote about these mass kidnappings that were happening only in Zelenskyy Ukraine and Hitler's Germany in 1945 in an article ‘People Snatchers’. According to Zelenskyy latest statement only joining NATO or nukes can save his hide. These are lunatic ramblings of a desperate dictator before the imminent collapse of the regime. Russians won't agree to any ceasefire or a freeze at this point. Ukraine badly needs liberation as Hitler's Germany needed liberation in 1945.

  369. Trump inherited a corrupt through and through Zelenskyy regime on its last legs. All structures of this regime are heavily contaminated with neo-Nazi groups and neo -Nazi ideology. This regime is supported by Trump's neo-liberal opponents in UK and EU who want to use the imminent collapse of the regime against Trump. No wonder that Trump finds it so difficult to deal with the regime. Ukraine isn't a democracy. Far from it.
