Russia and Turkey agreed on that. But I don't think that corrupt and dysfunctional Zelenskyy regime is capable even of demining. I think grain export will have to wait until liberation of Odessa from Ukrainian occupation.

Ukraine already lost most trained and motivated soldiers along with almost all hardware it had before the war plus hundreds of tanks and IFVs it got from Eastern Europe (to understand the scale of losses it had 1 990 tanks, 1 212 IFVs, 1 112 heavy artillery systems, 354 multiple rocket launchers). Its army is a shadow of its former self at the beginning of the war.   410. It's a nonstarter for Russians. The war is lost by Ukraine. The victor dictates the terms. Russians rejected any ceasefire before the final settlement is reached. Even nutty Biden administration wasn't crazy enough to give Zelenskyy security guarantees (it's a euphemism for WW3). Russians categorically rejected any NATO/EU/UK troops on the ground saying that they will be viewed as enemy combatants and thus wiped out. Polish politicians who are rabidly anti-Russian nevertheless categorically reject sending Polish troops to Ukraine. They can see endless cemeteries of Ukrainian soldiers across Ukraine. Ukraine lost to date 1,070,000 soldiers KIA and 3x that mangled and crippled for life. Poland is currently the only country in Europe which army at least on paper isn't a joke. Instead of meeting Zelenskyy any clown that wants to send troops to Ukraine should visit these endless cemeteries, it would help him to sober up.
