Russia and Turkey agreed on that. But I don't think that corrupt and dysfunctional Zelenskyy regime is capable even of demining. I think grain export will have to wait until liberation of Odessa from Ukrainian occupation.

Another died on the front lines within a month of mobilization after 10 days of training, according to his relatives." Zelenskyy is officially catching and forced conscripting even disabled. When such people are in the trenches, it means that the front can collapse at any moment. Zelenskyy's strategy reminds a strategy of one Austrian artist in 1945. Biden administration is urging Zelenskyy regime to start its last and most likely suicidal offensive because current situation is unsustainable. It would be difficult to convince republican congress to keep wasting hundreds of billions on this lost war.

The most important thing is that Ukrainian professional army including elite Nazi units like Azov regiment suffered unsustainable losses and you can't do much with conscripts (most of them are really unwilling to fight for the regime). Western supplies are a drop in the bucket taking into account the amount of already lost hardware. Without direct intervention of Polish or Romanian armies Ukrainian army will be done by the end of the year. 40+ billion in American weapons without even minimal oversight is mostly about corruption and kickbacks as usual .

They are desperate and think that only WW3 with direct US involvement can save their hides. Zelenskyy has been shelling Zaporozhe NPP under Russian control for months and wants to get permission to strike NPPs in Russia with American long-range weapons.   17. Here we go again! HIMARS is worse than Soviet BM-30 Smerch (Ukraine had 80 of them, almost all are already lost), let alone modern Russian 9К515 Tornado-C. Development of multiple rocket launchers and artillery has never been a priority for US army. It will be another case of a poor performance in Ukraine like M777 (only 34 out of 108 are working right now, others are destroyed or need factory repair). Bakhmut is just the last instance of this insane tactic. Russians have 1:6 advantage in artillery according to WaPo of all places. WSJ is quoting Ukrainian commander in Bakhmut as saying: “So far body count "exchange rate” is strongly in favor of the Russians . If we carry on like this, we will rapidly burn through all our conscription resources .”
