Putin made a clear point that NATO expansion into Ukraine was completely unacceptable from the standpoint of Russian security. It's like Mexico and US case. It's difficult for Tucker to accept that the main cause of this bloody war is an obsession of western leaders regardless of the party with NATO enlargement combined with their fundamental dishonesty.
