  1. Ha ha. Of course Russia knows that any treaty with US is worthless. US will withdraw from the treaty when they see fit as they did with so many treaties before. US will refuse to sign this treaty only because it would be very difficult to egg Ukrainian regime to attack Donbass with this treaty. Ukrainian regime would have serious doubts about US commitment and wouldn't want repeat Saakashvili's fate. Russians do it only to pull off the mask from US warmongers.
