  1. It was Ukrainian strike with RM70 rockets (made in Czech Republic) in Kherson . Shrapnel shows it without any doubts. Either an accident or a provocation. Ukrainians previously struck a railway station in Kramatorsk with Tochka-U missile to frame the Russians, but were caught red-handed.

  3.  @anotheranon3118  You are. By the way Ukrainians tried the same trick in Kurakhovo using polish Krab artillery system. So I think it wasn't an accident after all, it was another war crime committed by Zelenskyy regime.
