It was a pure publicity stunt. Zelenskyy squandered deficit expensive missiles to hit empty building. Then he lied that Russian admiral was killed in the building and as usual he was caught lying. It's a lame attempt to divert attention from the failed offensive. This Zelenskyy offensive isn't a failure, it's an epic failure.

@donaldclifford5763 Wrong. Russian command occupies reinforced bunkers defended by anti-missile systems. They often change their position.

@donaldclifford5763 One or two S-300 launchers aren't a great problem for Russians. They produce them. For Ukraine every loss of these launchers is a catastrophe that makes its air-defense even more impotent. Nobody was in the building for exactly the reason you stated. In war reinforced bunkers are much safer.
