2Pac`s not the 1st...Beastie Boys & NWA was inducted, as well as others.... If NIN gets in Depeche Mode can, I think the fact that they fell out of the mainstream 5 years before Hutchinson`s death is the reason they are overlooked... Also if Jan Weiner does not like someone, they will be overlooked, like Kiss was for 25 years. They consider rap part of rock because rock was created by black blues, and rap came out of that too.
