If you own land you have to pay a percentage of it's worth annually. If you get a mortgage for a home it is figured into your payment with home/mortgage insurance. Property tax goes to local schools in my area so the school board is constantly trying to raise property taxes each year.It is even a theory that home appraisals have risen so much just to create more property tax. This has caused rent to sky rocket. Rent in 2007 where I am was between 400-700 per month for a 2 bedroom apartment. Now it is reaching 2,000.

  49. You should be able to for injuries 100%. Conor and Weidman should have been on HGH for their bone breaks. Anderson Silva did and fought another 7-8 years. Peyton's neck for sure. ACL, MCL, Achilles, leg, back, and neck injuries with long recoveries should have an exemption. It could be a disadvantage too, you do not know how your body will react afterwards.
