  1. sometimes it`s okay if it gives you relief from the sun beaming down on you and there is only a couple, but in July/August when the whole sky is covered it traps heat i think and you can barely breathe.....The humidity is awful..... I do not think this is natural cloud formations. It just does not look natural.
