  2. It`s fucked up... I look at my areas mobile patrol often.... There are like 30 new people every day.... Young girls/guys in their 20`s-30s all in for meth/hypodermic needle possession. It wasn`t like this 5 years ago...You would see a couple.... It is 1 of the jails that was on the tv show, 60 days in, on the Indiana border of Louisville. There were not homeless here in the open 7-8 years ago, and now they`re everywhere.... 100% from meth and heroin.... Jobs are not an issue here, there are a shit ton of factories that moved here with amazon 10 years ago.... Brought the city out of bankruptcy.... Young refuse to work.
