Since there is a no snitch rule, witnesses fear retaliation, victims too....Liberal judges let the shooter get reasonable bail, drop gun charges, light sentences if the are a minor, most are young, 2nd chance rule...The perp is right back out ready to kill some witnesses....In Philly this dude in jail ordered that witnesses home be firebombed over the phone...Witnesses are running scared....Witness intimidation is real bad in Philly, hell in most black areas.....Colin Flaherty youtube channel covers all this, none of it make national news....Only local.
