  1. Panic attacks fucking suck, i have had 4 maybe more but i stopped those by putting a fan in my face. But the 4 i had i thought my heart was trying to beat out of my chest. I could feel it beating fast, like a drum. 1st 1 was because I smoked on top of seraquil,It was the scariest because i legit thought i was dying.... 2nd was i got pulled over, searched, barely passed a breathalyzer by .001 or whatever and i smoked a blunt when i got home, a couple hours later panic attack, 3rd was smoking a blunt at a friends house, and my friend and i both had 1, was his 1st and i had to coach him, 4th was at a pearl jam concert i think, i could not tell if i was having 1 or the bass drum was so deep it was changing my heart beat......
