The USA has troops in 20 African countries causing the demise or assisting in causing the demise of people because the religion they practice is deemed to strict for the liking of the USA to Govern that country... Im sure a few overlap with the 14 French colony countries

China can forgive loans to African countries it is their money to forgive With that said in many cases China just takes resources instead of money Like in this situation it will take oil shipments Even if a Government takes control and stops dealing with China as it has happened in the past the Chinese just wait for the next Government to come along A western Government would probably cause a war or go to war
