All I know is giving these Asian students a low personality score when their application first shows up to University is just wrong As for AA to me it’s just a way for society to prop up some token black students to say look the education system is not broken We don’t disadvantage 10s of millions of black students At the time of the lawsuit 50% of the black student body at Harvard was foreigners Of the remaining 50% 84% of the students were well off Black Americans Only 16% were from poor inner city communities Which I bet these students were removed from the lose failing inner city schools to more suburban, private or charter schools to give them a better chance When people argue these students should not be there. My argument is they absolutely should be there as they made it despite the handicap they were given in these inner city schools. What the Asian American court case got the Supreme Court Justices to repeatedly say? Is the process needa to be fair and equal. That is not happening for the state of education for the majority of Black American students Not just the token ones held up to say the system isn’t broken If there was any time to protest and march it would be the state of education for the majority of Black American students in today’s society. Not just the token ones I think that starts with the educational funding needs to be uniform. All over the country

The real issue according to the Harvard lawyer making his arguments to the Supreme Court Asian students were automatically given a low personality score as a way to “triage” the 60 thousand applications and 1600 spots Harvard had to give Even though Asian American students scored just as well on personality traits as anyone else when it came to Alumni interviews Type this title into a YouTube search 👇 Why Do You Do It?’: Samuel Alito Grills Harvard Lawyer On Alleged Asian American Discrimination

In a breakdown of the incoming class released by the university last week, Harvard revealed that 29.9% of admitted applicants are Asian American. It's a 2.1% jump from last year's number. “It's been part of a long-term trend,” admissions Dean William R. Fitzsimmons told The Harvard Crimson. NBCNews

Actually for most universities it’s the foreign students tuition fees that subsidize everyone else’s education Without it most of these universities would go under Ofcouse with a a university like Harvard they have a mega rich fund But with the way operating cost and salaries are going up that fund would eventually payout more than is paid into it

Nice fake narrative You must be a product of a failed Affirmative Action (AA) policy That Asian American student lawsuit went after Legacy admissions Repeatedly arguing it was a bigger issue than AA
