USA started a war it can’t win…and should have opens up to FDI from China not cut it off The most FDI from China that ever went to the USA was 48 billion in one year when it should be 100s upon 100s of billions of dollars a year. That’s because the USA places National security risk, concerns, etc etc on that investment Instead their bright idea is to cut off semiconductor chips and equipment to China Or sanctioning cutting off China forcing them to innovate in semiconductor industry from a country that had virtually no semiconductor manufacturing 5 years ago To what we see today as their chips become atleast par with everyone else and just behind the Taiwanese

It’s all about making incremental innovations to what was already invented Btw there is a 7 volume 27 book series on what was invented first in China If you are trying to argue who was first, copying or stealing even Take for example the Rocket The Chinese invented the Rocket in the 12th century more rudimentary ones in the 9th century Now now nowhere do I say the rockets the Chinese invented are anywhere near what we have today. Thats because incremental innovations were made to the Rocket over the centuries to what we have today Just like in 2007 the Chinese designed a “type” of anti satellite rocket, that both the USA and Russians had not developed yet. I call that making incremental innovations to what was already invented You probably calling it copying or stealing 😂
