  2. BTW It's actually Soda Ash that the USA has. Just in huge deposit The Chinese are apparently making synthetic Soda Ash using sodium chloride (salt). But in their desserts they plan to pump seawater into them. And the have the water evaporate create clouds change the environment/ ecosystem. Where there will be left over salt
