  1. You speak to any Jewish person they are not really a race or a ethnicity But a religious ethnicity You can’t go throughout history excluding people Ie from your religion and examples where the working class people were left behind etc

First off that Asian American student lawsuit did go after Legacy Admissions However most Asian Americans supported Affirmative Action So these students who filed the lawsuit, did not speak for the majority of Asians Secondly this is such a fake narrative like Asians Americans didn’t know that they were discriminated against. They just kept their mouths shut about it all along and no court decision will change that In American society where even with the far left bleeding heart snow ;flak(es). It’s okay to be racist against Asians Is it too much to ask that your application is not immediately placed in a pile of people lacking honesty, integrity, kindness, empathy etc Without even meeting the student Where the Harvard defence is yes we discriminate but it wasn’t statistically significant because the Asian American students who did eventually make it to the Alumni interview process did as well as anyone else on personality scores so no discrimination

Affirmative Action is a failure then it’s just holding up token Black Americans to say look you can do it even when we give you subpar education for the majority of Black Americans About half the Black students at Harvard were foreigners or recent immigrants Of the remaining half who were Black American students, 86 % were from well off Black American families The remaining 14% were from those high poverty schools where they got those subpar educations Which I’m willing to bet most of students were immediately moved to private/charter/suburban schools Away from where the majority of Black Americans get that subpar education But look we have Affirmative Action so all is good
