Whose robots don’t pay taxes, into SS, don’t buy homes or cars, don’t buy food etc etc Someone is going to need to pay back that external debt or the economy crashes Chinese have poverty alleviation and a low amount of external debt Plus it has State owned corporations who they can direct to share the wealth
