  1. Another point maybe, might it also be the case that more drivers will only be available until a certain price point and that any pricing higher than that will not change that or only marginally. If Uber drivers are at a Christmas dinner, they might of course jump away if the pay is really really high, think of a million, but they probably won't for the actual prices available. At a certain limit new drivers are added, but no more for even higher prices. From that point you could either create a queue or use this, because there probably is not a new driver coming in.
