  1. Sorry new construction not a buyer’s market. The prices are still overpriced by a lot! The ARMS and 10k closing costs are nonsense. If buyers hold they will have to cut prices and decrease the extra commission to brokers (total bs).

  2. If you want to say new construction is a buyer’s market based in inventory and absorption levels that may be the case, but they are significantly overvalued !

  3. Also, the houses are mostly junk in new construction so therefore wayyyy overpriced with cheap kitchens and bathrooms and carpet in bedrooms.
