Better than stupid buyers paying for their moving costs, waiving inspections, and paying the gap from what the bank’s appraisal was to the stupid/not worth it purchase price. The seller laughed all the way to the bank with that extra 50k they didn’t put into the kitchen! The buyers were left strapped not being able to fix it! Or went into credit card debt trying to do some renovations.
