  1. Anything to not lower the price so the people who already were suckers don’t get pissed! Buyers don’t fall for it. Force them to reduce the over valued, wayyy over valued junk they build! Especially in SWFL where the new builds doubled since pre Covid. The prices should be lower bc those people had 4% rates! Prices need to be reduced by more than 50%!!
