Other people put out content on how there won’t be as many foreclosures as the GFC bc the loan servicers give the homeowners more opportunities (lifeboats) for workouts that weren’t available in 2008. More programs available/ laws changed to allow negotiations/sit downs with them. It also takes much longer to bring them to foreclosure than it did back then. Do you agree?
