It is bc Toll Bros is pricing their new builds in the Isles for these crazy amounts and they have been sending emails with price cuts which still have a looong way to go!!   3. CORRECT-YET! Buyers don’t be a sucker just say NO AND WAIT! Many of these metros have no careers or good paying jobs to support the inflated and exhorbitant prices. Resist the broker talk, especially the Chris Igoe type who I thought respected Michael, but recently slandered him in a desperate broker type video. These guys know it’s their last hurrah in Fla from the Covid insanity!
