  1. A big part of remote desire is also bc of the real estate market. Prices are so high and if you are looking for a new job and trying to move it’s a challenge. Taking a job and finding affordable rent in ny is damn near impossible. Rent in Fla is 800-1000 cheaper and nicer! For me, this is a huge issue. The lifestyle is also the reason. The work doesn’t need to be done in a cubicle. Total waste of sleep and time and money!

  3. Yea bc most states you can’t register the vehicle without insurance! When you get a new car the DMV doesn’t issue the registration without proof of insurance.

  4. Banks should pay half the homeowners! They own the house and are quick to take it back when you default on the loan.

  8. I’ve worked on many UIM claims. Do not drop it. It’s for bodily injury. Keep UM/UIM. If you are hurt and the other person has no insurance or very little, you want to make a claim for pain and suffering (not medical bills) against your own policy. I carry the highest bc I’ve seen the need. Usually as in NY, you cannot carry the highest UM/UIM unless your liability is equally high.
