  2. If you look at it like the buyer is already paying the 2/3% of the sellers commission ( bc they are, prices are jacked up to cover), then if they hire their own broker, it’s no different. This ruling gives them a chance to save and that’s the path we shall take!!! Once the seller is only paying half the commission it should be reflected in the price.

  8. It’s nonsense that the seller pays any of it. We all know the price is jacked up to cover the commissions. Now the buyer will have to pay half that if the seller has a broker. If buyers hold firm they will force FSBO.
