  1. Reason the percent is so high of people using agents to list and sell is because the seller does not actually pay the commission in reality. We all know they Jack the house up to cover it and the buyer pays it. That is how it works. Doesn’t matter how it’s supposed to work , that’s how it is done. Dump them!
